The Tom Caldwell Gallery is one of the oldest art galleries in Ireland. Although the gallery was founded in 1969, it is part of a much older furnishing/interiors business which was established in 1946.
Nowadays the business focuses on the interior as a whole, specializing in art primarily by living Irish artists set in an environment of top class furnishing design by such companies as Alivar, Arflex, B&B Italia, Driade, Duvivier, Fiam, Gandia Blasco, Seven Salotti and Tonelli.
We now have a fantastic range of products from the world's leading manufacturers in contemporary design including B&B ITALIA, FLOS, DRIADE, GANDIA BLASCO, ALIVAR, ARFLEX, HERMAN MILLER, TONELLI, FIAM and CERRUTI BALERI. Coming to Tom Caldwell very shortly will be ESTABLISHED & SONS the UK based design company that, since its launch in 2005 has become internationally respected.

Colin Corkey's exhibition concludes our very successful AT HOME series which has included exhibitions by Stephen Forbes, Neal Greig, Carol Graham, Christine Bowen and Jonny McEwen. In line with the other exhibitions, this show includes recent works of paintings and mixed media sculptures intertwined with older works of art. Keep your eyes on this space for our surprise Summer Show event.
The Art Gallery was founded in 1969 and opened with a one man exhibition of Colin Middleton; indeed the artists who have shown over the years with the Caldwell Gallery make up a Who's Who of 20th Century Irish art. Artists include: Gerard Dillon, Tom Carr, Dan O'Neill, George Campbell and Basil Blackshaw, and the list goes on. The current stable is still full of established artists but we also see it as our role to bring on the best of the younger artists too. Take a look.
